The Center for Native American Youth (CNAY) believes all Native American youth should lead full and healthy lives, have equal opportunities, and draw strength from their Indigenous culture and one another. As a policy program of the Aspen Institute, CNAY was founded by retired United States Senator (and tribal college champion) Byron Dorgan of North Dakota.
